Each Nuevabaño family has its own warranty period. It covers manufacturing defects from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

Conditions
- The warranty applies to products installed according to the installation instructions and good trade practice, and used under normal conditions.
- It runs from the purchase date shown on the invoice.
- A product found to be defective is repaired or replaced with an identical or equivalent product. This does not extend the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Installation defects.
- Breakage or damage during transport or installation.
- Wear parts: seals and drip profiles.
- Limescale deposits and damage caused by abrasive or aggressive cleaning products.
- Products modified or repaired by a third party.
