Send us a message from the contact page with your country and we will direct you to the right partner. **Do you sell directly to individuals?** No. This website presents the collections; orders go through our distributors and partner showrooms. **Where can I find the dimensions and technical drawings?** Every product page shows the main specifications and the technical drawings. The technical sheets and the full catalogue can be downloaded as PDF from the downloads page. **Are the toilets supplied with a seat?** Yes. Vega toilets are sold as a pack with a quick-release soft-close seat, stainless steel hinges and a fixing kit. The concealed frame and the flush plate are chosen separately. **Which materials do you use?** Glazed sanitary ceramic for toilets and basins, seamless sanitary acrylic for bathtubs, 6 mm tempered glass with chrome aluminium profiles for shower screens and doors. **Can shower screens be installed on uneven walls?** Yes. Aire Walk-In screens and Corsa doors and enclosures have wall profiles that absorb ±20 mm on each side. **How can I become a distributor?** Fill in the application form on the distributors page. We review every application and reply to discuss your market. ## LED mirrors [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/led-bathroom-mirrors/) **Do Luz mirrors fog up after a shower?** Every Luz mirror has a built-in anti-fog function that keeps the surface clear after a hot shower. **How is the light switched on?** With the One Touch sensor on the glass. A single touch switches the backlight on or off. **Which sizes are available?** Luz Round comes in Ø 60 cm and Ø 80 cm. Luz Square comes in 60 × 80 cm and 80 × 80 cm. ## Wall-hung toilets [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/wall-hung-toilets/) **Is the seat included with Vega toilets?** Yes. Each Vega toilet is sold as a pack with a quick-release soft-close seat, stainless steel hinges and a fixing kit. **Are the concealed frame and flush plate included?** No. Vega toilets fit standard concealed frames with 18 cm fixing centres and a horizontal outlet. The frame and the flush plate are chosen separately. **What does rimless mean?** The bowl has no rim under its edge, so there is no hidden area where dirt and limescale can build up. Cleaning is faster and more hygienic. ## Countertop basins [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/countertop-basins/) **Is the waste included with the basins?** No. Evona and Felis are supplied without waste, so you can choose a waste and trap in the same finish as the tapware. **Which tap goes with which basin?** Evona has no tap hole and works with a wall-mounted tap or a tall basin mixer. Felis has one tap hole on its rear deck for a standard single-hole basin mixer. **Is there a black version?** Yes, Evona is available in matt black as well as gloss white. Felis is available in gloss white. ## Bathtubs [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/bathtubs/) **What is the difference between Torino and Torino Muro?** Torino is freestanding and is accessible from every side. Torino Muro has a flat back that sits against a wall, which saves space and allows a wall-mounted tap. **Is the waste included?** Yes. Both bathtubs are supplied with a central waste and an overflow. The tap is chosen separately. **What material are Torino bathtubs made of?** Seamless sanitary acrylic, which is light, warm to the touch and easy to clean. ## Walk-in shower screens [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/walk-in-shower-screens/) **Which widths are available?** Aire Walk-In comes in 80, 100 and 120 cm widths, all 200 cm high. **Can it be installed on an uneven wall?** Yes. The wall profile allows ±20 mm of adjustment on each side to compensate for walls that are out of plumb. **Is a shower tray required?** No. Aire Walk-In is designed for level-access showers on a tiled floor with a floor drain. It can also be installed on a low-profile shower tray. ## Shower doors and enclosures [View the collection](https://www.nuevabano.com/en/collections/shower-doors-and-enclosures/) **How do I build a corner shower with Corsa?** Combine a Corsa sliding door (100 to 160 cm) with the Corsa 80 cm fixed side panel. For a compact square shower, choose the Corsa 80 × 80 cm corner enclosure. **What is the height of Corsa doors?** All Corsa doors, the side panel and the corner enclosure are 200 cm high. **Is the shower tray included?** No. Corsa doors and enclosures are supplied without a tray or tapware. They can be installed on a shower tray or on a level tiled floor.
